Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie set for May wedding

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are set for a May wedding after the actor got a wedding licence which he must use within 90 days.
The Moneyball star got a wedding licence at the end of February which states he and the screen beauty must now tie the knot within 90 days and if the pair do decide to get hitched in May the date could clash with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston and her fiancé Justin Theroux's big day.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Brad and Angelina left themselves short of time to sort out their wedding because of the licence deadline. A few months is nothing when you're planning a wedding - especially one as major as theirs.

"Everything points to them getting married in May just after the Cannes Film Festival ends, because they've got their hearts set on tying the knot in France."

Jennifer and Justin have been busy organising their wedding for months and are also believed to be planning their special day in May.

If both couples decide to get hitched in the same month it could cause big problems with the celebrity guest lists, and upset Jennifer - who was even thought to be prepared to go to her ex-husband's nuptials despite the fact he got together with Angelina within months of their 2005 split.

The source added: "All that goodwill would go out the window if Brad's wedding date comes close to hers. Jennifer will see it as an attempt to upstage her and there will be a battle over Hollywood guests.

"She knows they will be judged on who had the better wedding by pulling in the biggest stars."

Brad and Angelina - who raise six children together - are tentatively setting a date for after the Cannes Film Festival, which ends on May 26, and will hold the ceremony at their £35 million Chateau Miraval mansion in the South of France.

Jennifer and Justin have already picked their rings and the former 'Friends' star has chosen her dress and rumours are rife they intend to wed in Hawaii.

'Have You Seen The Body?' Tom Ford Dishes On Dressing Justin Timberlake

Tom Ford: 'When you’re someone in your early 50s, and a major global pop star who’s barely 30 identifies with your style and wants you to make all his clothes, you think, ‘I’m still valid.'
Justin Timberlake managed to do the near impossible, transforming from a curly haired, cheesy pop star in N Sync to a slick, suit n' tie wearing mega star. Justin has committed many a fashion crime, from wearing lilac lenses to bandanas and cornrows to that matching denim disaster with Ms Britney Spears. Skip a decade or two and the only style risk Justin takes is with a statement bow tie.
But what (or who) is his secret style weapon? Two words: Tom Ford. Mr JT wears his suits on the red carpet, such as at the Grammys, the Brits and the SAG Awards. Tom Ford also collaborated with Justin on the artwork for his album the 20/20 Experience and his music video 'Suit & Tie'. The pair teamed up to create made-to-measure tailoring, including eveningwear, ties, shirts, suits and accessories that a rep said was the 'focal point of the 20/20 Experience.'
Ford has now spoken out about Mr JT's style for a feature in the New York Times about Justin's impressive style evolution. Surprise, surprise the designer is not a fan of curls and cornrows, 'I happen to like the hair straighter.' But he is a fan of his bod, as he said 'Have you seen the body?'

Tom Ford dressed Justin for 'The 20/20 Experience' album

Dressing Justin Timberlake would make you feel pretty cool, and Tom is obviously proud of being the Sexy Back star's style guru. As he said 'When you’re someone in your early 50s, and a major global pop star who’s barely 30 identifies with your style and wants you to make all his clothes, you think, ‘I’m still valid.' As the New York Timespoints out Mr. Timberlake is, in fact, 32.
So what is the inspiration behind Timberlake's look? Well Cary Grant is the buzzword in the feature and apparently he grew up as a circus performer not knowing how to dress. So don't feel too bad about the denim dungarees and red leather trousers Justs. 'To say ‘Frank Sinatra’ is wrong,' Tom Ford said of his style inspiration. 'But Justin was identifying with a sort of young, Rat Pack fantasy in some way, and that is a terrific look for him.'

Nicole Scherzinger: 'I won't duet with Lewis Hamilton'

Nicole Scherzinger has revealed that she won't record a duet with her boyfriend Lewis Hamilton.
The Formula One racer has been working on music as a hobby over the past few years, but the former Pussycat Doll has ruled out the possibility of a future collaboration.
"We don't really speak about doing music together," Scherzinger told Capital FM.
"I know that he loves it and it's a hobby and a passion of his - and I just support him in doing that and he supports me with my music." Scherzinger recently told Digital Spy that her new album "takes no prisoners", adding that the follow-up to her 2011 record Killer Love is very dance-influenced.

Sergio Ramos: Ronaldo has always shown up for these big games

The defender was full of praise for the Portuguese forward and Raphael Varane following Real Madrid's overwhelming victory over Barcelona to seal a place in the Copa del Rey final
Sergio Ramos has called teammate Cristiano Ronaldo the best player in the world after his inspirational performance led Real Madrid to an incredible 3-1 win at Barcelona in the second leg of their Copa del Rey semifinal.
The capital outfit will play either Atletico Madrid or Sevilla in the final on May 18 after a pair of goals from Ronaldo and a corner kick header from Raphael Varane saw Los Blancos progress by a 4-2 aggregate scoreline. Jordi Alba’s last-ditch strike came too late for Barcelona to have any consequence, as Madrid coasted to the victory at Camp Nou, with Ronaldo's penalty kick and follow of a saved Angel Di Maria shot providing plenty of road fireworks.
Ramos was full of praise for Ronaldo’s display, telling reporters: “For me, Cristiano is the best in the world, and has always shown up in these types of games.
“We have done very well because against Barcelona it is complicated to find space. The result is deserved.”
Ramos also had kind words for the performance of 19-year-old central defensive partner Varane, who scored a goal in each leg of the semifinal and was outstanding defensively throughout the tie.
"Young people like Varane must be given opportunities to play, and tonight, we have seen the positives [of this approach],” Ramos said.
The Spanish rivals will face each other once again on Saturday at Santiago Beranbeu in La Liga in what is sure to be another feisty clash despite Barcelona carrying a 16-point edge with 13 games remaining in the league season.

Rihanna and Chris Brown split already?

RIHANNA and Chris Brown may have already split!
According to a new report, the singer “refused” to sit with Chris during a night out on Wednesday.
Rihanna didn’t want to be seated near the Run It hitmaker at Popular Demand’s one-year anniversary party at the Playhouse night club in Los Angeles, and the pair ignored each other all night.
“Rihanna refused to sit with or even near Chris — and when Chris noticed she was there, he made a huge show of rubbing his presence in her face,” a source said.
“He promptly ordered three more bottles of ace of spades which came out with in a procession of sparklers and scantily clad cocktail waitresses, causing a spectacle, which he clearly wanted Rihanna to see.”
Previous reports claimed Rihanna’s friendship with pal Katy Perry has suffered because of her relationship with Brown.
“They aren’t tight anymore because Katy doesn’t approve of Rihanna dating Chris Brown,” a source told Us Weekly.

Taylor Swift's Maybe British Accent, Justin Timberlake's Return Top Grammy Moments

'Nikki & Sara Live' hosts and 'Best Week Ever' comedians break down the top moments of Sunday night's show.

A lot went down during Sunday night's Grammy Awards. From eye-catching performances to candid speeches, the show definitely delivered, and some of the funniest people on TV sat down after to break it all down.
"Nikki & Sara Live" hosts Nikki Glaser and Sara Schaefer sat down with VH1's "Best Week Ever" comedians Nick Turner and Amanda Seales to share what they felt stood out. Unsurprisingly, Justin Timberlake's return to the Grammy stage remains a top moment.
"It was great... good night, lots of stuff happened. My favorite part by far was Justin Timberlake performing," Sara shared. "He debuted a new song; he was sexy; he was dancing — one of the only ones that danced. His singing sounded great. He's back at music. I was a little embarrassed for you guys and the crew 'cause I was, like, shaking and crying a little bit. It was awkward for everyone. But I'm as happy as can be." Her fellow funny lady and co-host Nikki was on board with her stand-out moments from the night. "I thought his performance and Bruno Mars [paying tribute to Bob Marley with Sting and Rihanna] stood out among a bunch of jam bands over and over," she said. "It would go back from commercial and then it would be a bunch of dudes with beards playing the banjo. I don't even know if there was a banjo, but it felt like there was lots of banjos involved tonight. It felt like a four-and-a-half-hour version of Austin City Limits."
Beyonce, Rihanna, Taylor Swift And More Are Best Dressed At 2013 Grammys
Nikki and Sara weren't the only ones who had their favorite moments from Sunday night. MTV.com's Sara Epler shared what the fans were buzzing about during the show. "So I think some of the cool things about tonight was when Ed Sheeran didn't win a Grammy, his fans got totally behind him on Twitter. He trended, so [people] still pumped for him to kind of be out there even though he didn't win."
Fans also wondered if Taylor Swift had somehow managed to poke some fun at former beau Harry Styles during her performance. A lot of people were saying that Swift made a British accent during her spoken-word bridge on "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," changing up the lyrics by adding, "And I'm like, 'I'm sorry. I'm busy opening up the Grammys, and we are never, ever getting back together. Like ever.' "
Whether or not her accent truly verged on British, it got fans talking and, as Epler put it, "everything just blew up."
Turner noted that it was Swift's dancing in her seat that was even more memorable than all of that. "Every time they cut to her she was dancing and enjoying herself," he said. "And it seemed like she was the only one in the audience that realized where they were. But, I mostly was into theboobs and I want everyone to know that."
His co-star Seales had a shoutout for Alicia Keys, who took the stage with Maroon 5 to perform "Girl On Fire." "I liked that Alicia Keys decided to like not let us get too comfortable with her being on piano all the time, she drummed it out," she noted, before also pulling for host LL Cool J's double duty.
"And then there was LL Cool J, who is an interesting host, in my opinion," she added. "I feel like he is very classy and then he has moments where he breaks like when he decides to change hats and be a rapper just to remind us."
The bottom line, "So if we learned anything tonight, it's that you can't rap in the same hat you host in," Nikki explained.

Grammy 2013 Red-Carpet Fashion Sizzles, Defies 'Side-Boob Memo'

Rihanna, Katy Perry and Kelly Rowland pushed limits, while guys like Frank Ocean, Rick Ross and more stunted.

We went into this year's Grammys with a lot of expectations, questions, and excitement about what our favorite musicians would wear. We wondered whether Frank Ocean would don his signature bandana on the carpet, or if Rihanna and Katy Perry would break CBS' decency code. In short, there was a lot to look out for, and did the stars ever deliver.
Most of the trends on the red carpet must have been cause for alarm for the network, with cut-outs and sheer panels featuring heavily.
Kelly Rowland was immediately identified as having one of the night's standout looks (and being a potential FCC fine target) in a fishtail Georges Chakra gown with sheer panels in all the wrong places (or were they the right places?). The geometric peek-a-boo's broke the "bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic" clause in a big way, but the offending panels also highlighted Rowland's killer figure and made the gown look daring and modern. Rihanna opted for a bright-red, custom Azzadine Alaia gown, with a crisscross halter top and sheer panels across the waist. At first we thought she was playing it safe, covering up completely, save for her midriff. But on closer inspection, the sheer nature of the whole dress revealed it to be anything but. Rihanna paired it with cascading waves and a bright red lip, creating a soft, bright, young look that stunned.
Katy Perry wore one of the most eye-catching ensembles of the night: an electric, mint-green Gucci gown with a keyhole neckline. With jeweled accents across the collar, there was really only one place for the eyes to focus, and it was not CBS-friendly. The dress fit Perry perfectly and, matched with a center part and low-key makeup, the look was pure disco glamour.

Rihanna: Ready To ‘Let Go’ & ‘Move On’ From Chris Brown?

Rihanna is teasing her fans on Twitter, hinting that she may be ready to put Chris Brown behind her after he was caught ‘supporting’ ex Karrueche Tran at an event on Jan. 23 — he even kissed her! Should Rihanna let Chris go?

Chris Brown laid a kiss on Karrueche Tran at The Room in Santa Monica on Jan. 23, where Karrueche, 24, was celebrating her new cover on Rolling Outmagazine, so we can’t blame Rihanna if she’s really planning on moving on and letting go of Chris.
Rihanna, 24, retweeted a friend’s message on Jan. 24, one day after Karrueche’s event, that said, “Life doesn’t stop for anybody. People move on, they change and they let go, they grow and eventually they forget and pass on.” Is she talking about moving on from Chris?

Chris Brown Kissed Karrueche Tran At Club Night Out

Chris, 23, made a surprise appearance at The Room in Santa Monica on Jan. 23, where Karrueche was celebrating her new cover on Rolling Out magazine. And no one could have been happier than Karreuche, who JeteRinore.com has learned still hopes to get back together with Chris.
Luckily for Karrueche, we’re told that Chris gave her a kiss at the event.
“He came in through a back door, made her come back to where he was and told her ‘I’m proud of you girl’ and kissed her on her cheek,” a friend tells JeteRinore.com exclusively. “He even told her ‘I gotta leave because this don’t about me it’s about you so go do your thang.’”
If Rihanna decides to move on from Chris, Karrueche is happily waiting in the wings to take her place.
“She will always love Chris and deep down she always wants to be with him but she’s not forcing it,” our source says.
“If the time ever comes around and Chris is ready though, I’m sure she’ll be waiting,” our source adds.
What do YOU think, JeteRinore.com? Should Rihanna move on from Chris now that he kissed Karrueche behind RiRi’s back?

Beyonce Belts Out National Anthem For President Obama's Inauguration

Bey delivers 'Star-Spangled Banner' in demure black dress highlighted with sequins.

As the country celebrated President Obama's second inauguration, one of his loudest and proudest supporters, Beyoncé, showed her love for the POTUS on Monday (January 21) when she took the stage to perform the national anthem in Washington, D.C., during the ceremonial swearing-in.
The day was filled with moving speeches, performances and tributes to the United States, and as the event came to an end, it was Bey's time to sing for the president. After the Benediction was delivered by the Reverend Luis Leon, Beyoncé was up to perform "The Star-Spangled Banner." As she made her way to the podium, she gave the First Lady a kiss and interacted with Vice President Joe Biden.
n a demure black dress highlighted with black sequins and emerald-green drop earrings, she was backed by the U.S. Marine Band for her emotional, diva-fied version of the national anthem. On her way out, she greeted the president, who said to her, "Thank you so much."

Stars Who Don't Think They're Hot

Everyone knows these celebs are smokin' hot, except these celebs.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z Shop for Blue Ivy's First Christmas

Beyoncé and Jay-Z surprised last-minute shoppers in New York City on Monday as they made their final gift selection rounds at FAO Schwarz and Bergdorf Goodman. Blue Ivy's gotta have her diamonds! Also in music news, rapper Capital STEEZ died at 19, Green Day dropped a new video, parrots hate EDM, and an intruder may have totally ruined Rihanna's Barbados vacation.

Bey and Jay Shop Hard
Beyoncé and Jay-Z are successful enough that they really don't need to go shopping — many designers would probably gladly send their wares to the couple's Brooklyn home, free of charge. But the couple must not have planned ahead this year, as they were spotted doing some last minute Christmas shopping at New York City standbys FAO Schwarz and Bergdorf Goodman.

It's unclear what Beyoncé and Jay-Z bought, but it's safe to say their daughter Blue Ivy is in for some lavish celebrations. Jay-Z hasn't even bothered to pretend he's not planning to spoil his daughter silly, so we're guessing she'll get at least 3 carats worth of precious gems this go around.

This gal is incapable of a misstep.Rose Byrne turned things down a notch on the pink carpet of the I Give it a Year premiere in Sydney. The brunette wore a rich purple leather design by Jill Stuart and styled her hair up in a prim French twist.

Kate Mara closed out the week in a simple yet brilliant yellow Christian Dior cocktail dress. The electric hue and flirty cut reminded us of Kristen Stewart's recent Dior look. But does this cheery Friday ensemble beat out the grandiose GG contenders? You tell us.

RECONSIDERING THE FEMINISM OF JOSS WHEDON

The facts are these: Joss Whedon is lauded as being one of the most forward-thinking show creators and writers currently wielding his craft today. The famous exchange between Whedon and a reporter – Why do you write these strong female characters? Because you’re still asking me that question – is bandied around the internet on a frequent basis. (Although this exchange was of his own imagining.) He’s praised for his interesting and multiform characters. Why, inthese very pages, I’ve given him a share of credit myself.
He’s earned the moniker of feminist seemingly through just the creation of strong female characters alone. But, as friend and scholar Jake says, “Having a girl beat up guys is not equivalent to a strong female character when they ALWAYS, CONSTANTLY depend on men.” So true! Let’s consider some of his body of work as we undertake the Topic that Made the Fanboys Cry: Joss Whedon’s feminism.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
The infamous Season 5 Buffybot was Whedon’s winking homage to The Stepford Wives, an automaton that existed literally to please men. While the Buffybot was an over-the-top mockery of Buffy Proper’s insecure need to please, a story gimmick ultimately discarded in favor of the real thing (in the reasonably well done episode “Intervention”), the under girders of the Buffyverse were deftly exposed.
Buffy, for all her killing vamps and breaking stuff, is rather a weak character. Let’s consider that she, as a Slayer, descends from a line that was literally created by men – a formation that stems directly from the male anxiety over an inability to create life the way that women do. And inherently problematic is the idea of the Watcher, a predominantly male presence that is the male gaze made manifest – a source of constant looking that is an explicit form of control.
And Buffy is textually weak in all her relationships. She falls apart not only when Angel leaves her, but when Parker (yeah, you don’t remember him, either) doesn’t want to pursue more than a one-night stand with her, too. And Riley, well. Riley. Despite being an almost universally despised character, Whedon sends Riley out in a flurry of pique at Buffy, after being caught having his blood sucked by a vampiress in a modern-day opium den. Let’s get that one sorted: Riley sexually undermines his girlfriend of over a year with a vampire, then delivers her an ultimatum that she must essentially get over it, or he’s leaving on a jet plane, don’t know when he’ll be back again (never come back, Riley). She reacts with the appropriate level of scorn, before Xander, the Chronicler of Buffy’s Failures, lectures her on her failure as a girlfriend to Riley, her lack of adequate emotional support, her once-in-a-lifetime chance with this hulking cornfed sad sack – and she goes running after the helicopter like a dog in heat! It’s truly infuriating. To top things off, Xander goes home to his loving, suitable girlfriend Anya – whom he near-constantly belittles, but who makes him feel “like a man.”
….WHEDONNNNN!
And this is how it goes, time and time again on the show. The strong female characters are sublimated to the weaker, childish males’ needs – and Xander is the worst perpetrator of them all. Aside from the whole ditching-a-1000-year-old-demon-at-the-altar thing, I’m sure you all remember Cordelia? Cordelia, of course, was one of the two most sexually aware and confident women on BtVS (I’ll get to the other in a minute). What this meant was that she needed to be punished, and shamed, before being sent packing to Angel. Xander, who was always so far beneath her that the show acknowledged it before daintily pushing that fact aside, made Cordelia into his girlfriend and then routinely degraded her in the way women have been so quickly depleted for centuries – sexual humiliation. Take this exchange:
CORDELIA: I can’t even believe you. You dragged me out of bed for a ride? What am I, mass transportation?
XANDER: That’s what a lot of the guys say, but it’s just locker room talk. I wouldn’t pay it any mind.
Of course, after she breaks up with him, he plans to take her by force – in “”Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered,” Xander casts a spell to make Cordelia fall in love with him. The fact that it backfires doesn’t make this episode any less horrifying, since every woman in town begins to throw herself at Xander – which is the fantasy of every Nice Guy ™ that ever walked the planet. (See also.)
And then, once Cordelia and Xander are back together, he cheats on her with Willow, a romance that exists literally to shepherd her off the show. For good measure, Whedon writes in a plotline that leaves the intelligent Cordelia destitute and unable to go to USC, Duke or Columbia. Welp. Surely there are some intelligent and sexual women who are allowed to flourish on this show, right?
Hey, Faith!
As has been pointed out by the magnificent Buffy scholar Eleusis Walks (to whose blog you should go post haste following this article), Faith is essentially a foil for Buffy, her shadow self. Whereas Buffy has approved-by-Whedon sex with her steadfast boyfriends whom she loves, Faith is a sexual free agent. When Buffy has a one-night stand, it leaves her scarred and miserable; when Faith has one-night stands, she uses them for revelry around a table at the Bronze. She’s allowed to enjoy this privilege for about half a season before we find out the truth – she’s crazy! A hysterical womb on two legs. After this point (Season 3, “Bad Girls”), Faith is verbally and physically abused for her sexual agency. Willow regularly calls her a slut. Tara can smell something off about her when Faith is in Buffy’s body. Her inability to restrain her out-of-control desires leads her to pursue seduction of Angel, who resists, and delivers her into Buffy’s pure and inviolable waiting hands.
You’ll recall when Angel did take Buffy, he lost his soul and killed another charming brunette, Jenny Calendar – an act that several of the characters explicitly blame on Buffy’s sexual agency. The next time Buffy gets out of control in bed, she’s trapped in a vacuum of endless sex and nearly brings a house down around the Initiative’s ears (Season 4, “Where the Wild Things Are”). Again and again, we’re shown that a woman’s sexual actions are dangerous – unless, of course, they’re done by a robot. Then it’s all fun and games.
